What youll own:

• Product portfolio and growth roadmap
• Direct access to OEMs, system integrators, telecom & defence customers
• Team building and capability creation
• Customer approvals, certifications, and qualifications
• Full ownership of execution and outcomes

Who this is for:

• 1520 years experience in connectorised cables, OFC assemblies, or adjacent domains
• Strong technical grounding with real market access
• Track record of building or scaling businesses
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working with ownership
