Job Description
MNS Credit Management Group is a leading and rapidly growing credit management company in India, with deep capabilities across Business Information Reports (BIR/KYB), credit risk evaluation, and collections. Established in 1996 and headquartered in New Delhi, MNS has 200+ employees and a long-standing reputation with large enterprises and BFSI clients. We are now scaling our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business to help corporates and financiers unlock working-capital efficiency through structured programs.
We are hiring a Business Head Supply Chain Finance (PID/SID) to scale MNSs SCF business from scratch. You will be responsible for program strategy, corporate onboarding, credit + operations buildout, and P&L ownership. The focus is to launch SCF programs (starting with PID/SID-led structures) for large corporates, and scale a repeatable playbook across industries.
This is a builder role: you will set the GTM motion, hire the core team (business + credit + ops), onboard anchors, and ensure programs run smoothly with strong risk controls and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1) Build the SCF Business & Own P&L
- Define SCF product strategy and rollout plan (PID/SID-first, then expand to other structures).
- Own revenue targets, program economics, pricing, take-rate, and profitability.
- Build 1224 month business plan: industry focus, anchor target list, lender strategy, and hiring roadmap.
2) Anchor Acquisition (Large Corporate Onboarding)
- Originate and close anchor corporate programs (CFO/Treasury/Procurement/SCM stakeholders).
- Lead discovery: spend analysis, supplier base, payment terms, vendor segmentation, and adoption plan.
- Negotiate commercials and program terms with corporates (discount rates, fees, onboarding commitments, SLAs).
3) Financier / Lender Partnerships
- Build partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, factoring companies for PID/SID programs.
- Maintain lender scorecards and allocation strategy (pricing, turnaround time, approval rates, capacity).
4) Credit, Risk & Policy Setup (Program Risk Backbone)
- Set up credit underwriting framework for PID/SID programs: eligibility rules, limits, grading, monitoring triggers.
- Establish documentation and control framework (KYC/KYB, agreements, notices, recourse/non-recourse structure).
- Work with legal and compliance to ensure program documents, SOPs, and audit readiness.
5) Operations & Program Execution
- Design end-to-end workflows: vendor onboarding, invoice validation, disbursement process, repayment/collections, reconciliation.
- Build a metrics-driven operations function: TAT, approval rate, utilization, delinquency, dispute rate, recovery.
- Ensure strong coordination between corporate teams, vendors, and financiers to drive adoption.
6) Team Building & Leadership
- Hire and lead the SCF org including:
- Business Development / Anchor acquisition
- Credit underwriting / risk
- Operations / program management
- Partnerships / lender relations
- Build training, SOPs, performance metrics, and a culture of execution + risk discipline.
7) Program Adoption & Growth
- Drive supplier onboarding and utilization: communications, incentives, webinars, on-ground enablement.
- Create repeatable adoption playbooks per industry and anchor type.
- Expand across products over time (e.g., vendor finance, dealer finance, receivables finance, channel financing).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1018 years experience in Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital / Corporate Banking / Trade Finance / Factoring.
- Strong track record onboarding large corporate anchors and launching SCF programs end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of PID/SID program structures, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Experience partnering with banks/NBFCs/fintech lenders; comfort negotiating program terms and capacity allocation.
- Ability to hire and lead multi-function teams (business + credit + ops) and run a P&L.
- Strong stakeholder management with CFO/Treasury/Procurement/SCM leadership.
Why This Role at MNS
- Build a new high-growth business line backed by MNSs deep strengths in credit assessment, KYB/BIR, and collections.
- Access to a broad enterprise network and the ability to cross-sell into existing relationships.
- High ownership: direct impact on product-market fit, team formation, and revenue scale.
