Role Description

The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth for business growth of specialty clinics with a focus on revenue enhancement through offline sales and marketing, achieving revenue and margin targets. Role will require active colloboration with Clinic Heads and sales teams to increase traffic, revenue and margins. Ideal candidate would be a Sales and Growth leader from IVF/ Hair transplant/ Nephrology clinics/ Eye Clinics.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Revenue Management
• Strong understanding of Market Analysis and familiarity with the healthcare industry
• Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to lead dynamic teams and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Masters or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated success in achieving business growth.
