About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Head to lead and scale a high-growth restaurant business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall P&L responsibility and drive revenue, profitability, and business expansion
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the restaurant business
• Oversee operations, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience
• Identify expansion opportunities including new outlets and market penetration
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
• Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage / Restaurant industry
• Proven experience handling large-scale operations and P&L ownership
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen
• MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
