Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end faucets business including strategy, sales, and profitability
- Drive growth through dealer, distributor, retail, and project channels
- Manage P&L, pricing, forecasting, and margins
- Work with product and marketing teams on new launches and positioning
- Build and lead high-performing sales and leadership teams
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in faucets / sanitaryware / bath fittings / CP fittings
- Strong exposure to Indian retail and project markets
- Proven experience in senior leadership & P&L roles
- MBA preferred
