THE ROLE

• Title: Business Head Retail Expansion
• Location: Noida, UP
• Reports to: CXO/MD
• Comp: Competitive CXO package
• Products: Tea, coffee, eatables

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Expansion: Build pan-India roadmap; select sites (airports/malls/high streets); negotiate leases; launch stores; scale formats (flagship/kiosk/shop-in-shop).
• P&L: Own full retail P&Lrevenue, margins, EBITDA; optimize costs; hit targets.
• Operations: Design SOPs, supply chain, inventory; ensure brand consistency via data/tech.
• Product: Curate range, exclusives, seasonal/gifting; manage compliance/quality.
• Team: Build/lead pan-India ops team with hospitality focus.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

1218 yrs in premium retail/F&B/QSR. Proven: 20+ store openings, national P&L ownership, site/lease expertise, team-building in scaling setups. Tea/food passion a plus. MBA preferred.
