Business Head- PPE

The Business Head PPE will be responsible for leading the overall business growth, sales strategy, and market expansion of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division. The role includes managing sales teams, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the PPE business.
• Identify new markets, clients, and distribution channels.
• Expand presence in industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, refinery, cement, and manufacturing.

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets for PPE products.
• Lead and manage regional sales teams and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industrial buyers.
• Handle large corporate accounts and institutional sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and mentor the PPE sales team.
• Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams.

1. Product & Market Strategy

• Provide market feedback for product development and improvement.
• Plan product launches and promotional strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and certifications.

1. Reporting & Planning

• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and growth plans.
• Present business performance to top management.
• Monitor budgets and profitability of the PPE division.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• MBA
