Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Head for Amenify India to lead and scale our interiors business across North India, with complete ownership of P&L. This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, market expansion, and execution excellence to drive 10X growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end P&L for the Amenify India business
- Lead and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Design to drive strategic growth, ensure seamless execution, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Lead aggressive revenue growth (10X) through strong sales strategy and execution
- Build and scale residential & commercial interiors business across key markets
- Drive project acquisition, closures, and collections
- Develop partnerships with builders, brokers, and enterprise clients
- Ensure on-ground execution, project delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Optimize costs, vendor ecosystem, and margins
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a bias for action
Key Requirements:
- 1015+ years of experience in interiors led businesses
- Strong experience in P&L ownership and business scaling
- Proven track record of driving high-ticket sales and closures
- Deep understanding of interior project lifecycle (design to execution)
- Strong network within developers, architects, and B2B clients
- High ownership, execution-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
