Business Head - Modular Kitchen

Key responsibilities:

• Own complete P&L responsibility for the modular kitchen business.
• Monitor CAC, discounting, cancellations, and cost overruns closely.
• Build and manage a high-performing design and sales team.
• Ensure strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage manufacturing partners, hardware suppliers, and installers.
• Create and enforce SOPs across all functions.
• Create incentive structures aligned to closure quality, margins, and delivery timelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in modular kitchens / interiors / project-based retail.
• Proven experience running P&L ownership.
• Experience scaling modular kitchen operations across multiple cities.
• Experience in organized retail or large-format furniture brands.
