Business Head – Global Capability Center (GCC Practice)

A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up.

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

Role Level: Business Head GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability).
• Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India.
• Set up new delivery centers choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition.
• Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen.
• Drive the entire project end-to-end from pitching to clients onboarding execution operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Have deep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions .
• Be well-connected in the industry.
• Be comfortable building the practice from zero , initially working as an individual contributor.
• Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations.
• 1522 years in GCC setup, shared services, BPM/BPO transitions, or India entry consulting.
• Strong experience with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models.
• Ability to build a new business from scratch.
• Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
