Job Description: Head Flavors & Fragrances

As we work towards establishing our presence globallywe are looking to hire a leaderto build and expand the business and team there.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Flavors & Fragrances businessspecially for aroma chemicals / essential oils.
• Lead businessdevelopment, customer acquisition, and key accountmanagement.
• Build strongrelationships with perfumers, formulators, and F&Fcustomers.
• Identify new marketopportunities, applications, and growth segments.
• Lead, mentor,and scale the sales team to achieveaggressive growth targets.
• Work closely with sourcing, manufacturing, and technical teams for solutionselling

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Flavors &Fragrances specially aroma chemicals, or essential oils.
• Strong exposure to B2B sales,key account management, and market expansion.
• Proven track record of revenue growthand team leadership.
• Deep understanding of F&F industrydynamics and customerneeds.
