Business Head | Early-Stage B2C Portfolio Company

One of our B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Brand to join the business in a business critical role.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the entire business driving revenue growth while maintaining cost discipline
• Performance of all outlets ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality delivery Growth of service verticals
• Customer journey ensuring seamless engagement and trusted service across touchpoints
• Operational systems that scale building clarity, rhythm, and structure for a multi-location organisation
• Team alignment and execution across clinic operations and business verticals to deliver outcomes reliably

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience
• Someone who has led multi-location businesses or scaled large consumer-facing operations
• Someone with strong commercial thinking, operational rigour, and team leadership
• Someone who enjoys being on the ground and building systems that make teams effective
• Someone who wants to take ownership of a high-impact business function in a fast-growing healthcare brand
• Prior experience marketing in a B2C environment is critical
• Technology or Start-up experience
