About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead and scale a premium Luxury Catering & Banqueting Business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end catering operations, luxury weddings, corporate events, and large-scale banqueting management within the Hyderabad market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, revenue growth, and P&L management
- Drive luxury wedding and premium event catering sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with elite clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and corporate houses
- Oversee banquet operations, service excellence, and quality standards
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams
- Ensure brand positioning in the luxury catering segment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Hyderabad
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in luxury catering and banqueting
- Strong network within Hyderabads luxury wedding & corporate event ecosystem
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business expansion
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong operational and financial acumen
