Role Description

Own end-to-end business growth through a LandExpandSustain modeldriving new wins, scaling key accounts, and building long-term, profitable client partnerships in a design-led environment.


This role is for someone who has personally closed complex service-led deals, not product sales.

You will lead new business closures, strategic pitches, and commercial negotiations with enterprise clients.

Equally importantscaling existing accounts across verticals, geographies, and service lines.

Youll work closely with design, operations, and strategy teams to convert ideas into profitable execution.

Strong exposure to Retail / Brand Experience / Design / Execution-led services is critical.

The role demands senior-level client handling, revenue ownership, and long-term account stewardship.

If youve built repeatable farming models and managed multi-year client relationships, this is for you.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret trends and data effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on client interaction and relationship building
