As ahunterin the Business Development team, your primary focus will be to tap into new markets, seek fresh opportunities, and bring in new business for Yellow Seed. Ifyou'rea go-getterwho thrives on chasing leads, converting prospects, and loves the thrill of a signed deal this is your turf.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Comprise:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands, digital agencies, and marketing teams.
• Proactively build a pipeline of prospects through networking, research, and outreach.
• Set up discovery calls, pitch Yellow Seedsexpertiseand creative offerings, and close deals.
• Strategically define and prioritize high-potential target accounts.
• Participate in industry forums and communities to build awareness and generate leads.
• Work closely with strategy and content teams to pitch customized proposals.
• Maintain sales trackers, lead logs, and performance metrics.

YoureRightForThis Role If You:

• Have 13years of experience in sales within digital, media, or advertising agencies.
• Are high on initiative, persuasive, and enjoy opening doors.
• Havestrong communicationand negotiation skills.
• Are self-motivated, resilient, andperformance-driven.
• Understand content marketing, social media, creatoreconomyand digital trends.
• Should have a strong understanding of content marketing for varied sectors BFSI, Digital Tech & Telecom, Realty, ESG,Agro, Beauty & Fashion etc.
