Role Overview

As a Business Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of acquiring new clients and growing relationships. Youll identify leads, pitch services, convert opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads
• Pitch creative services such as branding, campaigns, social media, design, and production
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Research potential clients, industries, and market trends
• Assist in creating presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine client solutions
• Maintain lead trackers/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support contract negotiation and closing deals
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Represent the agency at meetings and industry events

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 02 years of business development or sales experience (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and pitch creative/marketing services
• Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead tracking
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client-facing roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
