Business Growth Associate – Founders’ Office (Enterprise Software)

edumerge builds enterprise ERP software for schools and universities.

We sell to promoters, principals, trustees, and university leadership.

We are hiring high-intent early-career operators to work directly with the founders on live enterprise deals.

This role is for someone who wants to grow into Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, or Revenue Leadership in 23 years.

High learning. High pressure. High ownership.

What You Will Actually Do

• Work on active enterprise sales opportunities
• Join discovery calls with senior decision-makers
• Run product demos and solution walkthroughs (after training)
• Own follow-ups, proposals, and deal momentum
• Coordinate with product and implementation teams to close deals

This is deal execution , not theory.

This Role Is NOT

• Not field sales
• Not door-to-door
• Not a lead-waiting role
• Not a comfort job
