1lessidiot is a passion project which I started after quitting my job to sell unique and premium F1 Merchandise. It has grown to be much more. I didn't think in my wildest imagination that this would become one of the biggest stores for F1 merchandise with a community of thousands of patrons. But it is a lot more than that. My aim is not just to sell products; I wish to bring positive change to the world with the tools I have at my disposal. It's not about growing revenues, profits or falling into the same trap that the world teaches us to follow. It's about being one less idiot and doing things differently. I have solely run this store for more than a year and am now looking for people who share the same passion, grit and values towards the world and make it a little more livable. Role Description

Let me be very clear, this is not your typical corporate 9-5 job. And I have no intention of using you for cheap labour, but being a self-funded startup with limited resources, I don't have a huge budget. I'm looking for a founding team with a long-term commitment and a stake in the business through equity, as well as young people who want to build something meaningful and are willing to take risks. I won't show you a big dream of getting rich one day, the statistical chances of that happening are pretty slim, but that's the risk you have to take to do something big in the world.

Qualifications

• Be a self-starter who can take responsibility and ownership of their work
• Ability to solve problems, communicate and build relationships
• Basic understanding of the internet, familiarity with tools like Excel, Word

Responsibilities

• Website content management: creating and updating listings and making sure everything is working smoothly
• Vendor & Logistics Management: Making sure orders are being processed on time and reaching the customer
• Other miscellaneous work
