Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using your expertise in Change Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new business processes and organizational changes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and organizational changes. - Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new processes and organizational changes, ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. - Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change management process, ensuring that their concerns and feedback are addressed in a timely and effective manner. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in change management and organizational design, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Change Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in organizational design and development. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Experience in developing and delivering training programs. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful change management solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
