Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in SAP S/4HANA for Pharmaceuticals and your deep knowledge and experience in technology consulting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Contribute to the implementation of activities for a specific business function. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes. - Define parts of an organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Pharmaceuticals. - Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Knowledge of organizational design principles. - Experience in technology consulting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Pharmaceuticals. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
