Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis and design/re-design of business processes and/or defining parts of an organization using Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) technology. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business processes and/or organizational changes. - Provide subject matter expertise in PaaS technology to support the implementation of activities for a specific business function. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the implementation of business processes and/or organizational changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) technology. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong understanding of business processes and organizational design. - Experience in project management, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the implementation of business processes and/or organizational changes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) technology. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in technology consulting, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.
