Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. - Identify and implement best practices to optimize business functions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and systems. - Experience in analyzing and optimizing financial operations. - Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements. - Hands-on experience in implementing SAP FI CO modules. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based in Kolkata. - A Top B School MBA with specialization in Finance with 2 years of Experience B CA, CMA, CFA with ze is required.
