Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) and your problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of activities for a specific business function. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Ability to define parts of an organization to optimize efficiency. - Knowledge of industry best practices in business process improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
