Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes - Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aera Control Tower - Strong understanding of business processes and operations - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma - Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aera Control Tower - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
