Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. - Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions. - Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan. - Strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders. - Experience in conducting process assessments and identifying improvement opportunities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Anaplan. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
