Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Your typical day will involve analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules for clients, ensuring that the solution meets the business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality work. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure that they are able to effectively use the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). - Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Experience in leading SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementations for clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
