Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on the business function. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Talent Management, Workday Recruiting, Workday Learning. - Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make informed decisions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions that apply across multiple teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
