Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver strategic technology advisory services to improve business performance. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in SAP for Pharmaceuticals and your strong problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SAP transformation projects from inception to execution - Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for SAP solutions - Engage with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design/re-design business processes - Identify opportunities for process improvement, build business case and recommend solutions - Develop and present high-level solution designs and roadmaps to clients - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and build thought leadership Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Pharmaceuticals - In-depth knowledge of SAP Intelligent Clinical Trials Management (ICSM) solution or SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) - Proven track record of successful involvement in the initial phases of SAP projects - Strong understanding of SAP solution capabilities and its integration with other industry leading systems - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Knowledge of industry best practices in business process improvement - Strong client-facing and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP for Pharmaceutical industry - A 15 years full time education is required.
