Project Role Description : Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics -Masters degree in Business Adm
Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your skills and expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. - Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - Strong understanding of compensation management principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules. - Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics - Masters degree in Business Administration is required.
