Project Role Description : Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Function Design Architect, you will innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. You will work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Your role will involve assisting in quality management reviews and ensuring that all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business process improvement opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Lead the design and implementation of business process models and frameworks. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Model Strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Design Thinking, Program Project Management, Business Transformation. - Strong understanding of business process design principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing business process improvement initiatives. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for optimization. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Model Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
