What You’ll Do:

• Perform moderately complex financial analysis that may be transactional or analytical in nature across various financial functions or business units.

• Support business decision-making by providing data-driven insights and financial analytics to business initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to ensure financial needs and goals are aligned and met.

• Address and manage more complex business and financial issues, offering practical solutions and alternatives.

• Continuously build in-depth knowledge of financial processes and gain detailed understanding of the business.

What You Need to Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial analyst, preferably across multiple finance functions.

• Must be based in Bangalore.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.

• System knowledge of HPE financial tools such as:

  • S4

  • EAP

  • Journal Voucher (JV) Posting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
