Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the Business Finance partner for Supply Chain operations, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Own end-to-end financial oversight of supply chain operations including cost structures and profitability analysis.

Be a close ally with the Ops design team; understand the realities of on-ground operations & bring in efficiencies in key operational processes

Own the design, monitoring, and improvement of key SCM cost headers like LM, Variable & Fixed MP, FM/MM, Warehouse cost, etc.

Lead AOP planning, budgeting, and forecasting including GMV projections, CPU/CPO modeling, and Capex planning.

Drive cost optimization initiatives through productivity benchmarking, network planning, and SOP implementation.

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy, reduce losses, and strengthen vendor commercials.

Support new business launches, GTM strategies, and expansion planning across cities and stores.

Track and analyze key business metrics including OP%, U2O, AOV, CAC, OPH/EPH, DOH, and inventory losses.

Lead strategic projects focused on profitability, capital efficiency, and scalable supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

CA with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance or Supply Chain Finance.

Strong exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or E-commerce / Quick Commerce.

Hands-on experience in FP&A, AOP planning, cost modeling, and profitability analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
