Your Mission: The Role

You are a proactive, indispensable partner to Searces leadership, deeply embedded in our financial and operational strategy. This isnt just about bookkeeping or maintaining records; its about being a "Business Finance Strategist" who provides deeper insight into the role DNA and acts as a force multiplier for the performance of all Searce entities.

You'll be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) of organization-wide operating and financial data, KPIs, and forecasting. You will ensure financial integrity, develop profit and loss plans, and serve as a critical advisor, enabling Searce to navigate the intricate tech consulting landscape with holistic representation of the business.


Major Roles & Responsibilities


  • Planning & Forecasting: Develop financial plans and oversee budgeting and forecasting, modifying them as business plans evolve.
  • KPI Ownership: Identify and track financial KPIs and develop financial models with sharp visualization to support strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze revenue, operating costs, fixed expenses, and capital expenditure against budgets for all business areas.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide financial support and advice to management in closing business deals and act as a key decision-maker for financial commitments.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes for profitability and revenue growth while supporting broader process improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Governance: Inspect and approve vendor contracts and account expenses, ensuring high professional integrity and data confidentiality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support effective business operations.


Required Qualification


  • Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience specifically in Business Finance.
  • Education: A Master's Degree is required; specifically looking for a Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical rigor, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across various countries.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a "willingness to hustle".
