What You’ll do at Ather:

• Business finance partner for People, corporate and IT Infrastructure cost centers – involves robust financial forecasting, reporting and analysis together with business partnering in each of the critical projects run by the function. 

• Drive the Annual operating plan and re-forecast processes for your relevant areas. Co-own delivery of the plan by ensuring budgetary adherence. 

• Ensure robust financial and operational KPI reporting on a monthly basis with key focus on management action plan to deliver organization OKRs

• Actively supporting business leaders on executive decisions by creating robust financial models which drives a data driven approach on decisions together with clear financial and operational metric visibility.

• Build & Evolve robust systems & processes to enable budgets management & analysis. 

• Become a trusted finance business partner to all business units and leadership teams.

• Tailored insightful presentations, analysis and dialogue with business partners around budget and spends to optimize profitability and return-on-investment.

Here’s What we Are Looking for: 

• Highly skilled and proficient in creating business models in excels and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations.

• Strong financial acumen with strong understanding of financial forecasting & reporting 

• Self-starter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges

• Hands on Experience on ERP environment and business data platforms would be appreciated 

• Independent thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in an agile framework in a dynamic environment

You Bring to Ather: 

• Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Automobile/Retail sector/FMCG/E-commerce
