Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant/MBA from a Tier 1 college based out of Gurugram. Candidate will be responsible for -

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions
  • Partnering with business and operations teams to analyze profitability, cost structures, and margin improvement opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance dashboards to senior management
  • Managing cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and fund utilization tracking
  • Oversaw P&L ownership, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational execution


Qualification Criteria

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
  • 46 years of relevant experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles
  • Industry experience in manufacturing / FMCG / retail / startup preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, margin analysis, and working capital management
