Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual for the role of Manager Business Finance within our B2B division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities to support the divisions strategic goals. This position requires 4-6 years of relevant experience in business finance or FP&A, coupled with strong financial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning cadence, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Drive budget vs. actual variance analysis , clearly articulating key drivers, risks, and corrective actions to enable timely business decisions.
• Provide detailed financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to inform strategic planning.
• Proactively flag financial risks and opportunities , recommending actions to protect margins and improve cash flows.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to sales, operations and delivery teams to influence pricing, cost structures, and profitability outcomes.
• Partner with controllership to ensure financial governance, accuracy, and compliance in reporting and business metrics.
• Perform detailed cost and margin analysis across services, identifying areas for Margin improvement.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professional certifications (CA, CFA, MBA Finance).
• 4-6 years of experience in business finance/ FP&A roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
