Business Finance Analyst

Role Definition : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist responsible for driving business performance through deep-dive data modeling, variance tracking, and trend forecasting. You will act as a key decision-support partner, translating complex financial metrics into actionable insightsranging from project-level ROI to entity-wide profitabilityto optimize operational efficiency and investment outcomes.

Location: Navi Mumbai

Minimum Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Finance from a reputed institute

Experience

• 8-12 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, Exposure to an ERP , BI tool as Power BI / Tableau/ any other similar Tool. Understands Automation and can drive System driven MIS built-up

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Performance Analysis (w r t Product - Project location Entity Level & other key metrics)

• Variance Analysis (Budget vs Actuals), cause & effect of variances

• Forecasting: financial forecast, trend analysis & monitoring key performance indicators

• Financial Modelling: create & develop reporting modules

• Scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and ROI analysis for investments / Projects

• Sales & Operations support: share analysis and key insights for informed business & financial decision making

• MIS: Monthly Profitability reports, rolling P&L forecast & rolling cash flow.
