About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Business Execution Consultant  will follow documented policies and procedures to support risk-based access management provisioning, de-provisioning  and certification processes
  • Will evaluate end user access according to information security policy.
  • Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend automation opportunities, enhancements to improve response times and service level delivery.
  • Maintains a broad awareness of the state of Access Management across the enterprise and influences change to information security policy, standards, and procedures for systems, applications and tools.
  • Partner with control, risk and technology to identify, document, and manage risks within the access management processes.
  • Ensure timely provisioning the access for new joined team members and removal of access when Team members move jobs or leave the company
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risk originating from non-compliance of processes, operational errors, and data integrity issues in all applicable activity
  • Collaboration with multiple Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders including application business owner, Entitlement owner, infrastructure teams and Application technology partners
  • Create and maintain documentation including  procedures, workflows, and flowcharts
  • The individual would be responsible for their respective productivity, ensuring understanding of front to back processes and attention to detail when performing daily activities, and should be able to raise / escalate issues proactively to manage
  • Complete BAU responsibilities, AdHoc reporting deliverables and identify process improvement opportunities

Job Expectations:

  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain operations or Business Execution, Implementation or Strategic planning or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Candidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Candidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and result
  • Experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance to drive tactical and strategic decisions and planning
