Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Business Excellence to support leadership through data-driven insights, performance tracking, and effective crossfunctional coordination. The role is responsible for consolidating business data, preparing dashboards and management presentations, and generating actionable insights for strategic reviews. It also ensures timely information flow, follows up on key action items, and identifies gaps or improvement opportunities across business processes. The person will be responsible for driving the key strategic initiatives from the CEOs desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Communication:

Ensure timely flow of information and follow-ups on key action items.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.

Prepare business dashboards for performance tracking and KPIs.

Generate insights for strategic reviews and monthly/quarterly reports.

• Management Presentations:

Create high-quality presentations for CEO and leadership meetings.

Support in preparing business cases, project updates, and strategic proposals.

• Business Excellence:

Provide data-backed strategic inputs to respective business leaders and stakeholders.

Highlight operational gaps, risks, and opportunities with actionable solutions.

Support leadership with benchmarking, forecasting, and competitive analysis.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various departments.

Prepare performance dashboards and KPI trackers for business reviews.

Ensure timely flow of information across departments.

Follow up on key action items and facilitate alignment across functional stakeholders.

Drive monthly/quarterly performance reporting with clear analysis and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA Finance / Business Analytics / General Management from reputed university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
• 25 years of experience of business consultation or similar responsibilities preferred.
