Business Excellence

We are looking for a Business Excellence Executive to support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at our unit. The role involves process improvement, 5S implementation, data analysis, and supporting shop-floor teams in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Lean, 5S, Kaizen and other Business Excellence activities.
• Conduct periodic 5S audits and ensure workplace discipline.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data for MIS and KPI reporting.
• Support preparation, updating, and implementation of SOPs.
• Assist in continuous improvement, quality, and productivity enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors to execute BE initiatives.
• Guide and motivate employees to participate in Kaizen and CI activities.
