Business Excellence Manager

We are urgently looking for a Chemical manufaturing company for Pune location

Role: Sr. Manager/Manager - Business Excellence

Location: Pune

Exp: minimum 10 yrs with chemical Manufacturing industry

JD:

Drive Business Excellence by identifying productivity improvements, eliminating non-value-added activities, implementing Lean & Six Sigma, conducting RCA, and enabling continuous process improvements.

Lead cost reduction and efficiency initiatives through loss identification, KAIZEN, process optimization, and collaboration with R&D and Process Engineering.

Champion sustainability and environmental performance by reducing waste, energy, and water consumption; ensuring 100% regulatory compliance; and promoting recycling and circular-economy practices.

Implement and sustain KAIZEN, 5S, Visual Management, and CFT projects , ensuring employee participation, timely closure of actions, and measurable operational improvements.

Build a strong continuous improvement culture through structured problem-solving, brainstorming, audits, and long-term sustainability of improvements.

Strengthen training, safety, and capability development by delivering Business Excellence and safety training (including hazardous chemical handling) to plant teams, improving throughput and process effectiveness.
