Job Description
Role:
- Develop Process maps, interrelationship Matrix, Accountability Matrix, RASIC & Process efficiency matrices, across all depts.
- Ensure process improvement based on process and result diagnosis, collaborate with SPOCs for process improvements and standardization of Processes Interact with stakeholders and IT for the digitization of processes.
- Periodic training on Process approach and process improvements Ensure Process / Document change management system.
- Ensure the availability of processes on the Central Digital Repository Periodic audits of critical processes to ensure implementation as intended.
Skills:
- Understanding of End-to-End Process Architect and Digital Process Manuals.
- Implementation of Digital Process Architect and Document Change Management System.
- Exposure to the requirements of International Standards and Excellence Models like Deming, Deming Grand Prize, EFQM, etc. Certified Auditor for international standards.
- Understanding of basic problem-solving tools and techniques 7 QC Tools, QC story approach, and statistical tools .
- Process flowcharting and analytical tools Visio, Power BI etc.
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering is a must.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, QMS, IMS.
- 7-15 Years of Experience in related industry
