Business Excellence

This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Experience in Process improvement, Making Policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement & Optimization:
• Design and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Continuous Improvement Leadership:
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with teams in operations, finance, HR, and IT to align improvement initiatives with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Training & Capability Building:
• Provide training and mentorship in Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Develop local capabilities and coach teams on improvement methodologies.
• Risk & Compliance Management:
• Identify process risks and implement controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
