Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn sales, client handling, and business growth strategies in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities

Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, and market research

Support the sales and business development team in daily activities

Maintain and update client databases and CRM records

Prepare presentations, proposals, and basic reports

Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Learn negotiation, sales pitching, and client management

Skills Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any graduate (MBA / BBA / BCom preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn sales and business development processes

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
