Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for full sales cycle identifying, prioritizing & developing new businesses, site visits, pitching, negotiation and closures.
  • Responsible for generating leads by cold-calling from LinkedIn connects, visiting conferences, asking for referrals, and looking out for RFP in Mumbai region.
  • Responsible for pitching Aiwozo products to targeted corporates/SME/B2B segment.
  • Build strong client business relations, and references for up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Undertake development activities (meetings, proposals, pitches), network & build relationships with key-people and decision-makers across verticals to win new business.
  • Develop & manage a sales pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives.
  • Achieving the business targets & increase the sales growth.
  • Negotiate with prospective Aiwozo clients to close deals.
  • Establishing personal networks; participating in professional conference, networking, lead generation.
  • Maintaining business ethics, on time reporting and proper documentation.


Required Candidate profile:

  • Should be comfortable with regular traveling in and around Mumbai for client meetings.
  • Should have the ability to interact with high profile client, is confident and understands technology.
  • Proficiency in client interactions with closure of sales deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated and have a technology sales-oriented mindset
  • At ease with LinkedIn and other social media-based prospecting
