This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and building new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting in-depth market research, and fostering relationships with potential clients. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to develop customized strategies, deliver compelling presentations, and provide exceptional customer service to secure and maintain partnerships.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with potential and existing clients
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and target business opportunities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or sales is an advantage
