Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the Pune Division. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, analyzing market trends, assisting in the development of business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, market trends, and business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to deliver presentations, draft proposals, and interact effectively with clients
• Proficiency in lead generation and market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Customer service skills to build and maintain relationships and address client needs effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business software is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
