Job Description

Role: Business Development Executive Domestic IT Staffing

Experience: 25 years (preferred) in IT Staffing sales

Location: Remote (Base Location Noida)

Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition: Actively identify and acquire new clients for contract and permanent IT staffing needs.
  • Business Growth: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly sales targets for revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition heads, and hiring managers.
  • Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and cold calling to proposal preparation and contract negotiation.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience: Proven experience in domestic IT staffing sales/business development.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and negotiation.
  • Networking: Strong interpersonal skills for networking and client relationship management.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and account management.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of IT skill sets, technologies, and the domestic staffing industry.
