• User Acquisition:Drive app downloads and onboard new users through field and digital efforts.
• Market Strategy:Execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional customer behavior.
• Lead Generation:Identify and engage with potential customers and hospitality partners.
• Brand Advocacy:Represent StayNGo at local events or through social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
• Reporting:Track performance metrics and provide feedback on local market trends to the core team.

• Local Expert:You have a deep understanding of your city/states market dynamics.
• Communicator:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and persuade.
• Digital Savvy:Comfortable using social media and mobile apps to drive sales.
• Self-Starter:You can work independently and are motivated by hitting targets.
• Experience:Prior experience in App Marketing, FMCG, Sales, or Startups is a significant advantage.
