About the Role

The role involves engaging with students and parents to facilitate the admission process, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed and that potential students are well-informed about the programs offered.

Responsibilities

• Student Counselling & Admissions: Connect with student leads, explain SAACH Academy programs, handle enquiries, and manage the admission process with regular follow-ups.
• Parent Counselling: Explain career opportunities and program value to parents while addressing concerns professionally.
• Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly admission targets through effective presentations and by highlighting placements and success stories.
• Assignments & Activities: Complete weekly assignments and participate in admission drives and academy activities.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain CRM records and coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Strong command over English and good clarity in Hindi & Marathi.

Required Skills

• Confident presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and convert them into admissions.
• Highly professional, persuasive, and well-spoken.
• Good ability to showcase program value and explain future career pathways.

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational counselling or sales is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
